MFW: Yamato's route (final)
written on Saturday, February 16, 2013 @ 11:36 PM ✈

If you haven't already realised it, despite your uncle being a CEO of some successful electronics or IT company he's actually really lazy. Every time the MC drops by his bar stuff like this happens:

And then this other time...

Dude he's always just leaving his bar and if he's only serving beer or food "when he feels like it" how on earth is it supposed to make money o_o But then again he says he doesn't care and that the bar is only a "hobby". Anyway I mentioned that these guys all play baseball together right? So one day after a game Yamato's tired and he ends up sleeping/ resting on MC's lap:

Haha nice one there, not denying that you're calling the MC fat xD

Okay so back to that stupid annoying student that came unannounced to the apartment. Since she doesn't believe that they're married she interrogates the MC about things that Yamato likes and how long they've been dating blah blah and unfortunately the MC makes a mistake when she thinks that Yamato likes dogs but in reality he's really afraid of them (according to the student). Since the MC knows that the student likes Yamato she figures that the student won't want him to get fired and so won't tell the school about their secret so long as the MC does something for the student.

So the MC is just about to admit the fake marriage thing to the student when suddenly Yamato comes home and is like "what, what's going on here." The student tells him that she knows that they were saying they weren't married this morning (the morning she was in the bushes outside their apartment ==) and Yamato turns to the MC and says "I don't remember saying we weren't married, do you?" And MC just shakes her head. Wow I applaud this MC for dealing with that student and actually thinking up of how to deal with this situation and she just follows Yamato's plan without question (y)

The student gets pissed and insists they're lying so Yamato asks what can he do to prove to her that they're not. The student says that he has to show her that he actually loves the MC by kissing her. He's just like "okay" and is really close to doing so while MC is going "what what WHAT O_O" but the student stops him just before he does cause she just can't take it (owned). So the student admits that she was lying about their "relationship" and then basically leaves.

Yamato was clueless about this whole thing (cause all this time the interactions was just with the student and MC) so yeah.  Okay now we'll go into the whole point of everything so spoilers up ahead (yes even more so than my summary so far) so don't read if you don't want to.

So after some time Yamato admits to the MC that he wanted to work at that school to find his father (remember how he had a single mum?). When he was little, his mum told him his father died but two years ago, his mother passed away from an illness and at the funeral his mother's friends told him that his father was still alive. After much searching, he found out that his father was the principal of that school.

He then went to work there because he didn't want to approach him as his son because he thought that the principal would think that he was after his money (what?). So at Yamato's welcoming party he pretended to be drunk and asked the principal if he was ever going to have a family and the principal said no and that he was married to his job. Yamato thought that he had completely forgotten his mum and him so he was pretty pissed and angry at his dad especially since he always thought that he abandoned them.

But you see, the man that the MC keeps running into (she ran into him more times than I recounted her but I ceebs) is Yamato's father and it was pretty obvious too. I mean during the story he tells you he works as a principal at an all-girls school and she even sees him walking in the direction of Yamato's school (and she comments on that too). And days later Yamato tells you that his father is the principal at his school. I'm sorry MC but couldn't you have joined up the dots faster? щ(ಥДಥщ)

So towards the end of the game Yamato goes to Kuni's bar and confesses to the gang (I'm going to call the guys from the prologue that now) that the real reason he wanted the job at that school was to meet his father (they didn't know that) but now that he has, he feels that his dad sucks and that there really isn't a reason to continue working there and therefore, there isn't the need for the fake marriage anymore.

But MC tells the guys a different story. She tells him that his father still loves his child (even though they've never met) and that he's still searching for his lover and his child. Yamato says that the principal could just be lying but everyone points out that at that stage, the MC and the principal were strangers so why would he lie? He wouldn't because he didn't know that MC was Yamato's wife (he never saw them together).

Also, a few days before when she ran into the man (the principal) he was carrying flowers and was going to bring it to the park on the hill where he used to meet up with his "lover" (I don't know what else to call her).  Turns out when he was a teacher he fell in love with one of his students and she loved him too but obviously that relationship was forbidden so they'd meet up at that park every Saturday evening.

They were going to have a proper "public" relationship when she graduated (cause then they'd no longer be teacher and student) but right after she graduated she just "disappeared" and refused to see him. At the time he didn't know why and he tried to find her but couldn't but in time he found out that she was pregnant with his child and she didn't want to cause a scandal or something (cause you know, teacher and student).

So even after all this she didn't realise that this guy was Yamato's father until Yamato ran into them and is like "why are you talking to the principal? O_O" Only then did the MC realise that this man was the principal of Yamato's school, making him his father! Sigh -facepalm-

Okay so all that happened before Yamato's confession at Kuni's bar and she tries to convince Yamato that his dad is a good guy and didn't abandon them and still loves his mother but he doesn't believe it. So after a week or so she takes him to the park and sees the principal there with his flowers. He still goes there every week in the hopes that he'll get to meet his lover again someday. The MC tells Yamato the principal's side of the story and Yamato finally gets over it and tells him that unfortunately, his lover passed away (ie. his mum) but the principal is finally happy to meet his son. So long story short, happy ending! \( ^o^)/

Yeah that probably seemed too abrupt thanks to my summary. As for what happens between MC and Yamato at the end, well I can't really tell you that (/▽*\)~♪ イヤァン

Sorry for the very cg-less post, I'll leave you with this:

Hehe, good to know Yamato xD
