This is long overdue but ever since that little chat I had with Jordon back when we all went to see the giant rubber duck I've gotten back into otome games It's because he was talking about how he saw that I had some on my ipod touch a while back and that he couldn't find any for guys. I used to play this one otome game back in early 2012 but then had to stop because of HSC but since now I have soooo much time I decided to pick it up again lol. I have officially been having no life since January 5 playing away. Wow can't believe it's been over a month since then, it's been fast and slow at the same time.

 Anyway, so what are otome games? If you're too lazy to wiki it, here it is:

 "An otome game (乙女ゲーム otome gēmu, lit. "maiden game") is a video game that is targeted towards a female market, where one of the main goals, besides the plot goal, is to develop a romantic relationship between the female player character and one of several male, or occasionally female characters. This genre is most established in Japan, and is generally made up of visual novels and simulation games (particularly dating sims). As of 2012, the most representative otome game title available in English is Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom (Hakuouki: Shinsengumi Kitan) for the PSP."

So if you read that, it's clear why Jordon can't find any for guys because they're developed for the female audience lol. And just so we're clear, don't call them "dating sims" cause that's icky and plus that's all about raising stats and whatever. The games I play are straight VNs (visual novels) where basically it's just a story and ever now and then you get a choice between a few options of what to say/do so VNs and dating sims are different okies? And wow I've never played Hakuoki, is it really that popular? Maybe I'll try it sometime but I don't own a PSP or a PS3 orz

 Sooooo what is the point of this post... Basically I'm just saying I'm going to post and upload some "screenshots" that I found funny from some otome games that I've played because I'm bored. Plus hopefully you'll find it funny and it'll at least entertain you a little? Don't worry, it's not soppy romance stuff, I'm more into it because it has some seriously hilarious lolsy moments that make me laugh for quite a while and makes my family think I'm crazy
