Before I forget, it's March 5th so Happy Birthday Goto! ヽ(≧ω≦)ﾉ Because it's your birthday I'll post up the picture I use as my phone bg
Yes I know he's only a fictional character but shut up >:( Damn it, the stupid game has some special route for his "birthday event" but nooo I can't play because it's for those in Japan only. Whyyyy (ﾉಥ益ಥ）ﾉ 彡┻━┻
Ooops! Just realised he shares the same birthday with Connie! Happy Birthday Connie! I'm so bad at connecting dots together. I realised it was Goto's birthday today shortly after thinking "hey it's Connie's birthday today" and yet didn't even realise that they share a birthday. Fail. Hope that made sense.
Someone please tell me how it's already 10, I have accomplished exactly nothing today T_T And I wanted to put up Riki's route part 2 but that isn't happening until I get everything out of the way sigh. Another long and interesting day. Caught a later train to try it out, yay there were seats! Just don't catch an express train and don't get on the three or so carriages that stop near the stairs because they are always packed because people are too lazy to walk down to the other carriages.
I got there at what I considered still early but the lecture room was already filling up so I'll probably get there earlier next time. First was chem and I ended up sitting next to this nice girl who told me she was doing medical science and when she asked me which school I came from she said "hey don't lots of people from that school come to this uni? I've met quite a few of them already." Is that for real? Cause not many baulko people go to usyd and even fewer of those do science-y stuff so I don't know how she met them but whatever -shrug- xD I found out that she also dropped chem in year 12 because she found it boring and annoying like me so I guess we're both screwed for the year xD
I had a bio prac next and I managed to get lost ww. It was bound to happen sooner or later but it was so sad cause I misread my timetable and ended up in a lecture about finance and I was like what the hell is this o_o So after about one minute I left and everyone must have been like o.O what a noob. Oh wells. God don't be proactive about doing stuff for uni. Okay that's probably bad advice but for the bio prac, they told us to bring our lab coats, wear closed shoes, and print off the notes before the prac otherwise you won't know what to do.
I did all of the above and when I arrived, about 40% of the students weren't wearing their lab coats and I was like "do I even need to wear mine" o_o So I didn't end up doing so and waited to see if the lecturer/teacher would tell us to put it on. In the end she didn't say anything and we weren't even doing anything today, it was more like an "orientation" and explanation about the lab and our pracs and blah so I was like why did I even bring this == And she even said "oh we won't worry about closed shoes today, but we will next week" and "if you didn't print out your notes before coming it's okay because I have the questions here." ARGH why did I do anything that you asked when you're just going to be like this
(ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻ I wanted to wear open shoes cause it was a hot day and you do this??
Normally I have class 9 to 2 with no breaks for lunch on Tuesdays because of the 3 hour prac but since today we weren't actually doing a prac she was like "oh this will only take an hour, you can go afterwards." So yay a once off surprise 2 hour break! Too bad I couldn't go home like the friend I just made in that prac class. I ended up spending a bit of time in the city. That was fun.
Guess what. I slept about the same time as the night before (about 20 mins earlier) and yet, I DIDN'T FALL ASLEEP IN ANYTHING. HELL YEAH ~(❁´◡`❁)~ Hopefully that's the same for tomorrow because I'll probably end up going to bed (note going, not sleeping) at 11:30. Another two hour break tomorrow what to do. Someone come visit me pleaseee. Or I'll visit you. Maybe I'll visit the city again next time.
Thursday is a strike for us. HELL YEAH. So happy about that because one day of "holiday" so I can catch up on stuff and sleep in (☆^ー^☆) Extra happy because Thursday is my second latest finish - 4pm but this week it would've been my latest since I didn't have the prac on Monday which ends at 5. I also get to sleep in on Fridays if there's no farm hurray. This week has been pretty good.
Today I took a bus to central then trained it home. I hate that method and will probably never do that again because the roundabout trip sucks and it got me home half an hour later than if I just walked to redfern. Also it was the richmond train which I hate hate hate cause it's always all stops and it stops at the other side of the station and I hate walking through all those people == On Monday when I walked to redfern I got a nice semi-express penrith train :( I like penrith trains because they stop on the nice side and they're normally semi-express or express.
I saw B and H from our grade (baulko) on the platform when my train stopped at parra. I wonder what H was doing there since he goes to usyd and to me it seems weird that he'd be on a platform at parra (I assume if he trains it home, he'd do it directly or something?). Wait scratch that I think I get it... maybe. Oh and I discovered a person from baulko is actually in some of my classes. He's not doing the same degree but I think he's doing something science related so that's why.
Hmm didn't see any baulko people today. Though on the train home a unsw baulko person (our grade) sat next to me. Oh I forgot to mention yesterday but for our introductory statistics course the lecturer said if you only did general maths you're screwed and "you should probably have done something about that like... yesterday or... two weeks before, when the bridging course was on." LOL He said that the course tries to cater for all levels but unfortunately, general maths people will die, advanced will be okay and extension 1 "will be bored". Hurray! Though I highly doubt I'll be bored since I sucked at extension 1 lol so yeah at least I have a chance?
And I think that's all for my day! Oh wait, why have all the people I follow on tumblr and blogspot stopped updating/ started updating less :( I'm getting bored because I have nothing to read.
