Reasons why I extremely hate wet n wild (Sydney)
written on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 @ 11:37 PM ✈
Before I begin, I must clarify that I only bought a pass
because my whole family decided to get one and I assume it was going to become
a family “outing day” during the holidays. However, to be honest I don’t think
I’m going to enjoy it in the least bit (especially compared to the gold coast
version).
And boy was I correct. Reasons why I hate wet n wild before I’ve even been able to enter and actually play on anything include:
1.
The ridiculous pricing. It’s so stupid it’s practically forcing
everyone to get a seasons pass and I would rather just pay for a cheap
ticket to the gold coast and go to all the parks there thanks.
2.
It’s right in the neighbouring suburb, although I could probably also
say it’s in my suburb, since that suburb is owned by our council.
Problem? It means that there’s going to be a buttload more traffic in my
nice quiet area ==
3.
Yeah sorry but I’m really anti people coming over here in general, but
also because of stupid wet n wild. It’s also because people always think
badly of my suburb so they don’t want to come so now that the park is
here? OH NOW EVERYONE’S COMING (not everyone but still). Like once in
high school I remember when someone in our grade was like “where do you
live?” And someone else answered them and then those three douchebags
were all like “AHAHAHAHA” yeah piss off don’t come over here just cause
we have this stupid park now.
4.
I guess I’ll leave it with my last point which is the bloody park is in
the middle of nowhere. I find it ridiculous that there’s a few shuttle
buses to there from Parramatta ONLY and yet I live in the same suburb
and even though it's 5-10 minutes drive away, there is NO way for me to
get there by myself. Just why the hell did you build the park here and
then completely neglect the people who actually live around it. It’s
impossible to walk to because no bus actually stops close enough (it's
legit a two lane road for cars only, no pedestrians) and I can’t drive
and even if I could, there’s never any cars at home for me TO drive
(parents take them both).
Congratulations,
wet n wild. I hope you know that after this season's pass is done I'm
never ever going again (well I haven't even been once yet) because it's
so not worth it. Going on a couple of the rides once will be enough
kthxbai.
Ugh I feel like I’ve become really angry and annoyed at
everything since I got back from Japan ==
