I'm so mad, I don't know why I even bothered. I already knew they were going to be utterly useless. So today I brought my phone to the genius bar and told the guy that my battery must be dying since when I go to sleep on 100%, I wake up and it is only 28% which is NOT NORMAL.

 What do they do? They run their pathetic "diagnostic" tool, tell me my battery is running at 95% of its original capacity which is still "quite good" and then tell me it's normal for people with iphones to have to charge everyday. Oh excuse me, I didn't realise that when previously, I only charged every 2-3 days and now I have to charge twice a day is something NORMAL. I told him over and over that this is ridiculous and that there has to be something wrong, especially when my phone shows that from 100% to 1%, the usage was only 18 hours on standby and 2 on actual usage, giving a total of 20 hours which is LESS than a day.

 How the hell is that normal. I'm so pissed, how can you tell me that my phone is "normal" when it clearly isn't. I don't care what your tool says, why don't you look at the facts. The fact IS I now have to charge both in the morning and night - twice a day. RIDICULOUS. Why? I have to charge in the morning since it spends all night draining, and I have to charge at night otherwise it will drain a few hours into my sleep and then no battery to keep my phone alive as my alarm for the morning.

 Ugh. Useless. Why does this always happen. All I want to know is what happened to my phone. It was fine all week and then suddenly one day POOF it just drains like crazy. Why does this always happen to me, I've had my phone for less than a year and it's already like this. Makes me wonder how people still have iphone 4's or even 3G's since those are a few years old.

 Even if it seems petty, I'm really upset. It's because to me, my phone isn't a phone. It's my "gaming platform" for my apps so if the battery completely drains on standby in 18 hours, then I bet playing for one hour will drain it completely. Pathetic.

 Stupid apple, you've now been added to my list of places to utterly destroy. Oh and guess what? They pulled the classic line of: "Oh if you update to the newest iOS, I'm sure it will be solved." PISS OFF I don't want to update to your shoddy iOS it's not going to fix my problem since it was fine until a few days ago and I've heard your new iOS is even worse.

 Want to work at apple? I swear the requirement to do so is just to learn the line: "install the new iOS and your problem will be solved!"

Freaking apple.
