Before I get started, I'll mention that since we're doing renovations on our house we have a completely blank wall which we're willing to paint a giant picture/scenery/background/whatever on so any suggestions?
Anyway, I was thinking back to last year when they said naruto was going to end soon so I googled it and found this click here. Basically it says Masashi Kishimoto said "The Naruto Manga Will End in 2014" which is quite sad if that's actually true (╥﹏╥) The article also says that Kishimoto still doesn't know how he'll have Madara defeated and “From the beginning of the series I always thought
about Sasuke becoming Hokage” which is just（ಠ_ಠ）I mean if Sasuke becomes Hokage then poor Naruto O_O especially since we've been following his journey this whole time.
Buuuuut all over the internet there is debate about whether it will really finish in 2014 seeing as that would mean only about another 40 chapters or so which personally I'm not sure is enough to tie up all the loose ends (there are still MANY questions left unanswered). Oh by the way you know what I found shocking? Last week I found out that on naruto wikia Sasuke's status is "Presumed Deceased" holy hell.
Also to all those people who said that Naruto has dragged on too long that's just so >:( And for those that complained about how the war should have ended already I don't really agree with that becomes war is not something that ends in one day == Anyway I just passed the episodes where Naruto meets his mum a few days ago though I have actually watched it when it first came out (because it's a good episode!). One of my favourites is episode 246 but the absolute tearjerker is 249 and never NEVER fails to make me cry omg :(
Time to put up some short clips! Some are crappy quality because that's all there is on youtube sorry (I think some of the voices have their pitch altered too to avoid being deleted from youtube).
I will never not cry on that last one but you really have to watch the whole thing to get the feel :'( It's too bad it got cut though, it's missing the part where she says "arigato" again and Naruto standing there crying as she disappears. Anyway I'm now up to the very last super long arc, the Fourth Great Ninja War which has a more serious tone because come on, it's war.
Japanese time! Here are some of my favourite words or phrases used a lot in Naruto (but pretty much in any anime as well) or commonly used words(◍•ᴗ•◍)Though probably no one's interested OTL
邪魔するな/jama suru na = don't interfere
まっすぐ自分のことはいけない/massugu jibun no koto wa ikenai = I will never go back on my word
許せない/yurusenai = unforgiveable or I won't forgive you
しつこい/shitsukoi = persistent
手前/temee = you (impolite), used by males (though some females say it)
貴様/kisama = you, also impolite. Often translated as you bastard, or you son of a b****
仲間/nakama = comrade
くそ/kuso = literally poo, but often translated to damn it, s*** or even f*** just for emphasis
甘い/amai = naive or weak, often said after an enemy's attack to taunt them
憎しみ/nikushimi = hatred
復讐/fukushuu = revenge
台詞/serifu = one's lines. Often said like こっちの台詞だ！(kocchi no serifu da!) to mean "That's my line!!"
落ち着け/ochitsuke = calm down
まさか/masaka = has a meaning like "don't tell me..." in response to realising something
偽者/nisemono = imposter
ふざけない/fuzakenai = don't joke with me, but usually translated to "don't f*** with me" for emphasis
面倒くさい/mendokusai = troublesome. Shikamaru's favourite word and I actually say this sometimes too lol
善くも/yokumo = how dare you
And since we're in the middle of the war:
戦争/sensou = war
平和/heiwa = peace
