I guess Monday was a nice way to ease back into uni life because it's only 2 hours of lectures with a 10 am start. BUT week 3 onwards there's a 3 hour prac in the afternoon every 2 weeks so let me cry about that T_T
Tuesdays on the other hand is so harsh, 9 to 4 with 6 hours worth of lectures (1 hour break) ouch. Anyway I stopped by at strathfield on the way back for some food and for old time's sake I went back to the place where I used to have japanese tutoring. Even though the principal/owner left and went back to Japan, my tutor told me that someone else runs that place now so you can imagine how shocked I was when I got there to only see it gone (╥﹏╥)

Today I also had year 8 and 9 maths and at first it was dead quiet since no one needed any help (it's more of a tutorial where they ask for help rather than an actual lesson spent teaching them, they have that on Wednesdays) and I was like "oh god why do I always make awkward silences happen" (ಥ_ಥ)

But then it got better ^^ And towards the end of the lesson I don't know where this came from but one of the students was like "Miss, do you like naruto?" and omg I was honestly like sadkjadslkfjaldskfjdalksjf. And then they stopped doing work cause they were engrossed in a naruto discussion LOL. Totally loved how one guy was saying anime was much better and the other said manga was better, and then there was the dub vs sub discussion too. And spoilers LOL but luckily I'm up to date but I felt bad for the guy who was blocking his ears going "NOOOO SPOILERS!!!"

And then one student brought up one piece but the other student was like "GET OUT!" and pointing to the door in a joking manner but I agree with that haha. One piece never!

I'm probably a much worse tutor than DJ was because last week he always seemed in control and I bet he would never let that kind of discussion happen www. Oh and then they started talking about dissections and they were really interested in my rat dissection photos lol.

Man did we really only start learning "expand and simplify" and rates in year 8 and 9? It seems like we learnt that absolutely AGES ago. I really can't remember anything beyond year 11 and 12.
