I feel like posting a Japanese word or phase before my post every now and then to keep my mind fresh (￣ー￣)
About the crazy thunderstorm on Wednesday, for once I finished at 4pm but if I had finished at 5pm (which I will from now on on Wednesdays) I would have experienced the thunderstorm! So I was "lucky" to escape it though I don't know if I wanted to experience it or not (thunderstorms are cool I guess). And Elisa I'm not sure why you didn't like the caribbean green since I actually quite liked it o_o
Short day since no stats prac so only had one hour tutorial all the way at ATP at 10. Finished and got free food at Central Park which is quite far from usyd (not exactly far, but I wouldn't call it close). I bet many UTS students go there in their breaks since it is literally across the road from them.
Anyway it's basically a chicken burger but beware if you can't handle heat since I think the default is just to put some hot pepper sauce in there. The line had about 20 or so people but they have such an effective production line it took less than one minute.
Went home afterwards and got there at about 1:30 (one of the earliest times ever to get home as a science student tbh) but only got to spend 2.5 hours doing I don't even know what because in the blink of an eye I had to go to work T_T
And that's when I was like "oh god whyyyyy" because I was taking over another one of DJ's classes and they were SO noisy and I couldn't control them well T_T And one student was saying "it's not normally like this" and another was saying to everyone "if you're not like this to DJ you shouldn't be like this to Tracy!" Eventually I had to turn the troublemakers over to the boss/principal OTL And I thought the kids thought I was really bad and stuff but they still wrote nice stuff about/for me on the board what ｡ﾟ( ﾟஇ﹏இﾟ)ﾟ｡
God I wish I could have watched DJ teach again so I could pick up some tricks (ㅠ~ㅠ) LOL the kids are so interested in uni life and what high school was like. They also asked if I was still a teenager and when I told them my age they were like WHATTTT! Do I not look like my age or something? (ㅠ~ㅠ)One kid was like "Miss are you brave?" And I said that depends on what you want me to do... And he said would I be willing to hold a snake and I was literally like LOLOLOL yes and he's like o.O (probs thinking I was crazy) and asked if I'd be "willing to pet a tiger and say it's my favourite pet." Practically laughing a little by now and said YES!
I don't know, I just found it funny because those "dares" seem incredibly possible considering my degree and I'm sure pretty much everyone in my course would say yes as well, some of us have probably already done that or will during our work experience.
6 hours of work tomorrow omg and my energy gets sapped not from actual teaching but trying to get the class to calm down OTL
