So I finally finished those two awful assignments and now I'm free... JOKES lol what is freedom with assignments still due in the mid-sem break and like two more every week until the end of semester ¬__¬ End result Ecology essay: 7 pages, 3 of which were references Genetics essay: 8 pages, 3 of which were references Those references take me a solid 40 mins I swear > > Would have also written more if not for word limits. And lol at ecology for saying they're using our essays as examples of both good AND bad for future cohorts and to say explicitly if we don't allow them to so naturally: 
No way am I letting you use my paper as an example of what's BAD!
Anyway I'm pooped, it's been a tough week.
Also met a potential supervisor for honors project today and here are some moments:
Dr R(we'll just go with this for now): *looking at my CV* "Oh I see you like stats."
Me: "Yeah, I took the elective this year too since it seems it would useful..."
Dr R: "Oh you're quite good at it, high distinction all three times!"
Me: "ha..ha.."
Dr R: *looking at my first year results which are at the top of the page* "I see you've been working hard."

Dr R: Oh so you've worked with turtles before! That must have been fun.
Me: *tells her about it*
Dr R: *sees WAM*
Dr R: Okay now you're just showing off
Me (on the inside): lol I wish

Dr R: *reading the part about my outside interests and translating games and JLPT*
Dr R: Haha, really?
Me: Yes... I do it so I don't forget it since I don't learn the language anymore...
(She must be like wth this kid)

Dr R flips to last page which has someone else's CV somehow attached to mine.
Me: Umm... I don't think that's mine
Dr R: I was going to say!! I mean, how can you get a HD in stats if it says here you got 57?
