procrastinating = Happy Apple's blog survey
written on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 @ 11:04 PM ✈

Procrastinating on my marine bio 25% report......... Also got two essays due next week, lab report and some other junk all before mid-sem break which is just (y) Also a lot more to do when we get back from break too ugh.

Anyway I don't know why but the back of my hands are breaking out into a gross rash, as well as my shins and legs. I always hate it when this happens (and for no reason too, changing seasons??) because it brings back horrible memories of when I was younger and half my body would be covered in this...... Why am I always at war with my own body, really, why?

ps. Happy Apple you accidentally repeated Question 2 and 10 twice Σ(゜ロ゜;)

Question 1: Favourite culture?
Japanese, for some reason it's just so interesting to me (and the language too).

Question 2: What colour pen do you use normally?
Black, because we spent the years of primary school only being able to use blue so I needed a change of scenery in Year 7 (and then I never looked back).

Question 2: What are your favourite and least favourite fonts?
Favourite was Apple Chancery back in the mac days of primary, but I just type in Calibri as default now when I do assignments. Least favourite would be Times New Roman...

Question 3: Icing, frosting or buttercream?
Icing, because I'm too lazy to make the others (and also too lazy to make even icing).

Question 4: North or south?
South, because we're in the Southern Hemisphere.

Question 5: What is your favourite tree?
/points at blog URL/

Question 6: What flavor of paddlepop would you buy?
Never had paddlepops in my childhood (allergic) but I guess if there's vanilla then I'd pick that.

Question 7: What is the first thing you will do when you retire?
Travel, if I'm not too old and fragile.

Question 8: Name your go-to calming song or something that calms you instantly.
Not exactly calming but......... Naruto Shippuden openings and endings will always instil a sense of familiarity.

Question 9: What is the coolest thing you have learned this semester?
I can't think of anything so I'll just pick a random point the lecturer made, which is that 1 joule is a useless unit and would only keep a cow alive for 0.001 seconds.

Question 10: Name something that made you irrationally really sad from a little kid’s perspective.
Not sure if this is what the question was going for exactly, but something that got me down soooo many times was being allergic to way too many things which was a major inconvenience and also made me *different* from the other kids.

Question 10: Who do you miss most on the blogosphere?
Primary school friends I guess.

Question 11: What would you tell your Year 12 self now?
HAHAHAHAHA if you think this is bad, uni has a lot more work waiting for you (also say goodbye to the concept of holidays).

Question 12: How does your personality change when you are happy?
I probably talk more, or start talking faster(?)

Question 13: Try to remember the first thing you ever baked.
I feel like it was anzac biscuits, or a cake box mix.

Question 14: What is the first thing you think about when you wake up?
"What time is it?"
"Do I have uni?"
"What am I doing today?"
In that order.

Question 15: When did you transition to a touch screen phone? If not, what do you think about touch screen phones?
I think it was year 9 (or 10), when I got a samsung f480i. But back then it was only to text and call and no internet browsing (ah the good old days).

Question 16: What are your opinions on Apple?
Only own an iphone because samsungs are now too challenging for me. Most of the functions (or lack thereof) I hate lol (about iphones, not samsung).

Question 17: If you could capture the essence of you in an action, what would you be doing?
Watching/reading Naruto, playing some sort of otome game, procrastibaking or researching a non-study related topic in depth.

Question 18: Rock paper scissors or scissors paper rock?
Scissors paper rock.

Question 19: What is the perfect on-transport-watching-the-world-go-by-on-a-rainy-day song?
:(

Question 20: How do you take notes at uni?
Zone out for minutes at a time, only to be brought back to reality when the lecturer says "now that was important" or "you better remember that" and spend the next two minutes wondering what they were referring to.

Oops, I mean I put pen to paper (and no laptop used).
