It's the last month of spring already. The warmer months always go by so quickly and the colder months drag on forever. Currently raining quite moderately but I think the most refreshing thing is a storm after a hot day.
Anyway, how to write 3500 words in 2 days. So sick of writing essays and reports, I feel like I've written more of those this year than the first two years of uni combined. Sigh at least this is the last one for the year.
Also Ecology is a subject that goes right up there with genetics, cell bio and chemistry in the list of subjects I can't do. They said we could only use "simple words" in our essay and to not sound superficial. Please, I'm pretty sure anyone would agree that my use of English is pretty basic but apparently they wrote a comment saying I needed to dumb it down more. They even underlined the word "extinguished" and said that had to be simplified and my only reaction is wtf. How is that not a basic word. Then my friend said "I guess we have to write on a high school level then?"
Please people, my English level has never advanced since then so ecology standards is like crack to me.
